Over the past 25 years, Porsche
engineers have set the bench mark in ultimate technology. After
years of development the new Cayenne has endured some of the most
gruelling test environments, from the sub zero temperatures of
Sweden to the gruelling heat and sand in Dubai, some would call it
an all terrain vehicle, but when it can also hold its own around the
Nurburgring you could also call it a sports car.
When the car was engineered and
developed in Weisach it could only be called one thing " A Porsche".
In order to meet everyone's individual preference the new Cayenne
comes in two variants, the Cayenne 'S' and the Cayenne Turbo. The
Cayenne 'S' with its naturally aspirated V8 engine is more than a
match for many high performance cars, being smooth and composed for
any driving environment. Most importantly the suspension and braking
system feature Porsche technology developed for the track giving an
exhilarating drive. The Cayenne Turbo has continued Porsche's 25
year turbo experience giving 450 BHP and reaching 62 MPH in an astonishing
5.6 seconds. The Cayenne Turbo has extra standard features including
self levelling air suspension with ride height control, centre
differential and a two speed transfer gearbox.
Both Cayenne models carry the
tradition of Pure Porsche engineering combining performance,
practicality, comfort and most importantly safety. In all both
Cayenne models have everything you would expect from Porsche.
